Student Counseling Center
The ¶¶êŽÉñÆ÷Student Counseling Center will offer services at the start of the Fall 2026 semester beginning on August 27th. For questions about services, please call 410-337-6481 or email counselingcenter@goucher.edu.
For students interested in scheduling an appointment when the semester begins, please complete the appointment request form.
Any student in need of immediate mental health support by a licensed mental health clinician by phone can call our mental health line 24/7 at 855-236-4278.
In the event of a medical emergency please contact Campus Safety at 410-337-6111 or dial 911.

For students wanting to request an appointment with the student counseling center please complete the appointment request form. After completing the request form, a student counseling center staff member will contact you.
Community mental health services
It is recommended that current and prospective students in need of ongoing, long-term mental health support (including psychiatric medications) familiarize themselves with their insurance benefits, particularly with regards to authorization of ongoing mental health services in the state of Maryland.

Medical transportation program
The Medical Transportation Program provides free transportation to non-emergency physical or mental health medical appointments through Uber. Please visit the Medical Assistance and Transport page for more information.
