Prospective Student ¶¶êŽÉñÆ÷ Registration Form must be submitted for each prospective student coming to ¶¶êŽÉñÆ÷ for an overnight visit. The admissions officer, coach, faculty member, or other employee who is sponsoring the visit, or the prospective student's ¶¶êŽÉñÆ÷ contact, is required to complete this form before the visitor arrives on campus.
